PLEASE NOTE: - some of our products are custom made or ship directly from the manufacturer. We aren't able to ship these the same day you order, but we will let you know as soon as they do ship. Normally an extra 4-7 days is needed to get your order custom made and on the way! You’ll know about your particular order by checking the Order Status from the link provided in the order confirmation email. Call us if you have to have a specific delivery date and it's not already noted on your order form. We try our best to meet your needs!

As soon as your order ships, we'll update the order status to "SHIPPED" with a method and tracking number. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you're wondering what happened to your order.

If you find there's an error on the original shipping information, let us know as soon as you can! Mistakes causes delays and are costly. Call us at 1-888-312-0648 (choose option 1) if you have to correct something.

If you haven’t heard anything about your order after 10 business days, please call us – don’t forget to leave a message if we’re unable to answer the phone!

We want you to be completely satisfied! However, if for some reason you need to return your items, please note the following:

Your return must be in original condition, original packaging, complete, and timely (delivered less than 30 days ago) for us to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders shipping with our free shipping promotion, and later returned, will have the pro-rated cost of outbound shipping deducted from any refund. Credit for returns cannot be processed unless we know who you are! Please add a copy of your original order receipt or packing slip. Items returned must be in resaleable condition to receive credit.

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value may be applied, but not if the return was due to broken, defective items or wrong product received.
